Telugu Memphis Association ("TAM", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Telugu Memphis mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account Information: When you sign in, we collect your name and email address for authentication purposes.

Event Registrations: When you register for events, we collect your email address and the number of attendees.

Feedback: When you submit feedback, we collect your name, email, and message content.

• Provide and operate the app and its features
• Process event registrations and send notifications
• Respond to feedback and inquiries

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information is only used within the TAM community for the purposes described above. We may share anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify any individual.

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Profile page or by contacting us.

Our app is intended for general community use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Telugu Memphis Association is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all community members, including children. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content of any kind.

• Our app does not allow, host, distribute, or facilitate any content that sexually exploits minors.
• Any content, account, or behavior that violates these standards will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Users who engage in or promote CSAE will be permanently banned from the platform.
• We follow the guidelines set forth by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and comply with all applicable laws regarding child safety.
